2024 Wilyabrup Cabernet Sauvignon
A refined and elegant Cabernet Sauvignon with juicy dark fruit, supple texture, and soft, lingering tannins balanced by freshness and restraint.
Fruit is harvested with a selective harvester that gently removes berries, minimising damage and allowing a portion of whole-berry fermentation in open-top fermenters. The fruit is transferred without pumps or crushers to preserve purity and structure.
